I believe the Wrexham tickets were on sale since after the game yesterday. On current form, I'm dreading this fixture. But does anyone believe this could still sell out with the non-bubble in place, BT sport and it being played on a Wednesday night....

They will embarrass us on national television, not looking forward to this fixture one bit!

Forget the fact we're playing on a Wednesday, or it's on TV, or removal of the bubble. We won't sell this out.
People just have too many excuses for not going. Cost, TV, Wednesday, weather, police, cost of drinks, pies have no sides, etc etc We also have the obvious factor in that we're very very poor. Watching us get the run around by Wrectum will be too much to bear for some. I think we'll be lucky to clear anything close to 2500. I'd go 2000 home fans attending, of which I'll be one.
Not sure how many non season ticket holders will bother to pay to watch us at the moment. Most season ticket holders are only going because they've paid, and out of loyalty.

We should give them 3,500 as we need all the money we can get to help the managers attempts to keep us up. No way will there be more than 1,800 home fans.

Think you should seriously reconsider this allocation before Wrexham fans buy tickets for home ends....1030 not enough to satisfy demand

Yep, won't be good to see us outnumbered but might as well take the money. No bubble, them doing well, us doing crap, they'll want to see it. They haven't won at the Deva for nearly a decade anyway so let them have their fun!

Is the away allocation for this fixture actually the decision of Chester FC? I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s part of what has been agreed so the bubble can be dropped, although it will backfire if numerous Wrexham fans get in the home ends. For all we know yet the allocation we get at Wrexham for the return game could also be lower than before (not that it will be much of an issue if the season carries on like this!).

Why have Wrexham got such a small allocation ? Surely 2000 tickets would be sensible, we really need the money and the ground will be empty otherwise ! Are the powers that be trying to create problems so that the bubble can return.....small allocation, night game ? The police and our club know that unless more tickets are released Wrexham fans will be in home stands thus creating a potential for problems or is this the plan ? Every all ticket game we have is a joke, what exactly is our capacity now ? We give small allocations to away clubs and then have rows and rows of empty seats ? Its no wonder we are in the shit and dying a slow death !

A bit of sence talked here regarding the tickets for Wrexham. Give Wrexham another 500 of so. Extra money for Chester for the new manager to bring in his own players

The fact that the usual allocation of 1,200 had been reduced by almost 200 is just weird.
As far as I can remember the west stand is split down the middle anyway? BT have been at the game previously and the allocation wasn't reduced so it can't be anything to do with positions for cameras etc.
170 tickets less, means you're down over 2 grand already.

I didn't hear one mention about the tickets being sold after the game over the PA? Don't suppose many hung about in that foul weather. Personally I would have given Wrexham the whole of the West Stand . . . this 1,030 allocation is asking for trouble. Maybe it's out of the club's hands.

I'm real struggling to control my emotions watching the wage thieves getting dicked by teams like we played on Saturday. I've never missed a derby in fear of getting humiliated before. I was there for the neil Young 2-0 win when we weren't expected toget anything from the game. But as limited as that team was, and boring to watch, they had a go. Got a couple of weeks to decide yet I suppose.

You always raise you're game against us and you've probably got more chance of beating us than anyone else for a while. You brought 800 fans for the game you mention but 2,000 claim they were there...

If you buy on line do the club post out for free ? As there does not seem to be any facility for postage on the payment page

500 tickets sold in the away end apparently. At this rate it'll be sold out tomorrow night. Correction - circa 400 (not 500) as at 1600 hours today. We will be sold out by Wednesday. Chester will be losing out on revenue at the gate and on catering - can't understand why you have allocated us so few. As for the game - we are up there but believe me we are not playing well at all - strong defence but without that we would'nt be far from you.

With 2000 Season Ticket holders I'm not surprised Wrexham will sell out especially as there sitting pretty in the league - I remember years ago playing West Bromwich Birmingham etc and they were given 2 stands - it's a shame safety measures are stifling vital revenue for smaller clubs

Just bought a couple of tickets this morning for the East Stand, numbered 20 & 21 A bit worrying!
We need a couple of results and decent performances to spark some interest or we could be looking at a sparse home crowd. Equally, I suppose, a bit of a marketing blitz might help things along.
