You are either on drugs or about 10 years of age. Halifax and Tranmere have far better grounds you deluded fool. Halifax and tranmere😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂dear me Are you seriously telling me you have the best ground in the conference? You have 1 decent stand one stand that’s an eye sore and one stand that’s falling down, you don’t even have the biggest ground in the conference ffs clueless clown.

It obviously not the 'best' ground in our league. It's one of them though, ok the kop is shut and the Yale stand and Eric Roberts stands are old but the Mold Road stand is excellent. Spacious, good facilities, good views. This alone makes it one of the league's better stadiums. Also if that stand is what constitutes an eyesore id be happy with a few more eyesores around the ground. Did you ever see that boarded up wooden mess we used to have on that side?
This isn't really on topic though is it?
Looks like we are sold out. Or will be anyway. The slow take up can probably be attributed to a few things. The game being on tv, it being on a weekday evening, the date being changed, the tickets not being on general sale yet and some people seem concerned over the relaxation of the bubble and safety concerns. We probably could have sold 1200. As it is we've sold 1000 which is a decent away turnout and is all much needed money in your clubs coffers.
Some people on this thread seem to be just making stuff up.

Bought mine online today, presume that means I will collect them on the night?
Hope we have a late flurry of sales and get a decent gate. Should be a good game.

I think Halifax has a capacity of about 14k Halfax is a rugby ground with a football team playing there and has an unseated kop at one end and an unfinished stand opposite the away end which is out of the ark ! by the way i was told officially that all but 20 of our ticket allocation were sold by last Thursday. Reason tickets (if there are any left) go on general sale so late is the cops and so called safety people felt that by restricting sale of tickets to our season tickets would stop the yobs getting hold of any ! Rumor has it that quite a few of the "risk" have got hold of tickets in the Chester end , hope that is wrong or all hell will break out when we score .

Yes and about four times yours . Anyway its not the number of seats or type of ground you have its the number of supporters that turn up and where you are in the league that really counts .

With approximately 30 tickets left to go on general sale at 10 am on Monday, there is no way they won't sell! How many have The Chester sold? Anyone?

Every derby match at the Deva has goats like you say this on the basis of rumour and Hearsay. And guess what, nothing materialises. I am sure there are always goats football fans in Chester sections of the ground (a friend of mine is one!) , but fortunately for them and the safety of other supporters they have so far behaved sensibly. Why would this change now given the match is on a November, Wednesday night and is on TV ? Oh, and I bet the plod will know by now most idiots of the respective "risk" elements. Is it any wonder with comments such as yours, that quite a few (eg parents with kids) don’t now bother with this match.

If thats the case then we have a fan base of 19k as we had that many for 3 games in the league cup. So your not that much bigger than us really Cant compare it sorry ,no history about a glue league, and a team that has beat every single cockney club including arsenal and spuds, something chester can only wxxk over, sick of small based clubs thinking they are bigger than there neighbours, get over it ,never have been and never will be No history, glue league, play in the same division as a reformed club with 4000 years of history and a million fans!!!😂😂

Spot on, there is no reason that the 'risk elements' will show there face in the Chester end. Why now when they have had plenty of opportunities in the past, bubble or no bubble. Both 'risk elements' know they will be covered by CCTV and BT and will probably face a spell inside if they cause trouble. Usual bollocks from the usual suspects.

Some people on this thread seem to be just making stuff up. Surely to have "one of the best" you need to have all 4 ends open for business.... The Kop is a disgrace. The stand opposite is a mess in the concourse, and your 'main' stand looks like it needs about a million quid chucked at it to sort it out. The Eric Roberts looks decent - I agree with you there, but the rest of your ground is either condemned or looks like it's about to be condemned I don't see how long term, you can stay at that ground. The older it gets the more money it needs to keep up with H&S. Yes its all good with the concerts and that but then again you're only making money off refreshments and snacks aren't you? That ground needs an awful lot of money pumping into it, more money than a fan owned club like you or us could generate without a MASSIVE fundraising drive to generate the cash required.

I think Halifax has a capacity of about 14k Mmmm but due to H&S your capacity is lower than 10000 just like ours is. So I reckon about 9,000 max which is just over half of prenton park.

Anyone not going because they think we will lose foolishly forgets how unpredictable football can be. We lost all of our first five matches in the league before we did them at their place.
