Well thank you chester fc for the three points . I thought gave a good account of your selves and should have had at least a point and even the win . You played the ball on the floor more than us and made the better chances .
Play like that for the rest of the season and you will be fine .
I thought the game was played in a fair hard fought way. With both side putting in some had but fair challenges .
Also nice to see hardly any play acting or time wasting .
Yes I thought Wrexham were a bit lucky to get the win but that's how it goes sometimes .
As for the day !! We had a couple of pints in the falcon and were made very welcome . We were going to go to the Dublin packet but heard all the dicks(both sides )were there so gave it a swerve.
Walked to the ground no trouble at all .
After the game ,got the free bus to the station(nice touch) . Few fans?? By the greyhound park started throwing stones at the bus . But no drama .
I hope you enjoyed the game . And hope to see you at our place later in the season .

Thanks and I hope by the time we come to Wrexham MB will have had time to return the favour  sorry for the few idiots but in general things seemed to go well. Lets hope that the police agree and we can stay rid of the bubble matches in the future. |

As soon as he realized the ref didn't buy it and we had the ball, he shot up Loads of timewasting was going on, but the ref didn't care. 2 of the injury time mins were spent on you taking 2 goal kicks |

Didn't look a new striker would solve your goalscoring issues. There was no supply at all. No complaining about the result from me, football is about the goals you score but looking forward I would suggest we will rise from our league position and Wrexham will fall from theirs. |

Of course Wrexham time wasted, as frustrating as it is, most teams do the same if under the cosh. But some refs won’t put up with it.
As for Pearson, he blatantly went down trying to get Archer sent off with a second yellow in the second half and as soon as he realised he wasn’t getting anything, He jumped up and sprinted back to defence. I’m led to believe that even Wrexham fans are starting to tire of his antics.
Wrexham are heavily dependant on Pearson and Smith, so takes these out of their side and they will struggle.

How could it have been 3-0 when you didn’t even create that many real openings in the whole game? It’s possibly unfair to judge on Wednesday night alone but it seems a bit simplistic to think signing a new striker automatically equates to more goals as you need that creative spark to make things happen. We’ve all signed strikers who have looked good on paper but then haven’t scored many and I get the impression Boden has been a big disappointment for you as his track record looked ok when signed. I suspect though a proven new addition may make a difference at home when I’m sure you attack more than you did the other night. |
