Just ordered my ticket for the East Stand for Tranmere online, however it didn't give me an option to select which side I want to go? I have seen other tickets that have each side (h block or c block), but didn't get an option online. So looks like I could end up where I don't want to be!
Anyone else who's bought online (if anyone yet!) had the same problem?

So assuming you are in a specific stand then you need to turn up early to ensure you sit where you want.

Does anyone know if you'll be able to buy tickets for all league games at the deva via online now?

I don't think so but I'm sure Mark Maguire said that they're working on something for next season.

Why does the online sales page not discount for concessionary tickets?
I select concession ticket but then it does not apply any discount, tried three times, can anyone offer any help or advice?
I am trying to purchase 2 adult tickets but one of those is senior citizen

I usually sit in B block, I'd be disappointed if I ordered a ticket only to be given one for the other end of the stand. So if I order a ticket online, it's left to chance which part I can sit in?

Mark Maguire said on the webinar the other week that this had been very quickly put together as a trial, as this game was a good opportunity to test something out. It's in no way the finished article.

Online sales for the east stand are for Blocks A to D only Presuming that was clearly stated on the website when purchasing I can't see why it's a problem

Why just for half a stand though, and why has it not been communicated through the website?
It just causes needless confusion!

Any sales updates ? Us ? Tranmere will surely sell their allocation of 1100-1200 (which matches the amount of tickets we were allocated for Prenton Park)? As its a Friday night game....I'm guessing a crowd of 3600.

What's the deal with swapping your East stand ticket from blocks A-D to blocks E-H as the online ticket page did not state that you were purchasing for A-D. I'm asking for a friend who wants to go in H block.

This game is only 10 days away, seems a very quiet build up. Their was a lot of chat on the old D.C about ideas to milk this game and get people down for it, straight after work pie and pint or happy hour in the bar, anything to get an attraction.
I know the club are aware of the ideas suggested, is anything being done or is something in the pipeline?

Friday Night Football Fever At The Deva it could be billed as.
The "Like and Share" competition for one lucky winner plus guest to have a "VIP" experience of the club on matchday (behind scenes tour, photos at pitchside, pre match meal in LL, couple of XXL shirts that can't be shifted from the club shop etc.
Run it on facebook, use the Chester v Tranmere advert as he pick, bill it as "click and win" let it run for the week then pick a winner at random this time next week. If they've liked the club page you can just tag them into a post giving their name as the winner and you can DM them with details on how to pick up their tickets etc.
Just one idea to generate a bit more interest...

I'm asking for a friend who wants to go in H block. Any response to this question? My pal has messaged the Chairman twice but is yet to get a response. I have only had one message querying this and I responded to the individual letting him know I would find out. Due to the weekend, it took a little longer to find out definitively, but I have now answered the individual's query and they are satisfied with the answer. Please note, I receive many emails each day and sometimes trying to answer those emails around work, family life and other football related matters means an answer is not always immediate, but I will always do my best to provide a courtesy email/message at the very least, as a form of acknowledgement. If anybody wants a more immediate response to their queries, questions or suggestions; usually answered within 24 hours, please use the fans@chesterfc.com address as this goes directly to Mark Maguire. Many thanks, Alan

Wasn't a dig, Alan, as I myself am in a similar situation with regards full time work and a young family as that's without running a football club! Thanks for your response, my pal has said he did subsequently receive a reply.
It is a good idea, but seems to have confused people as it was not publicised that you'd only be purchasing for half the stand.

Sorry if the tone of my reply was misplaced, it wasn't meant to be. One of the comments I did make to your friend was that all feedback is appreciated, and with this being the first time the football club has tried online sales there will be some teething problems. Hopefully if it is a success, it will be something can be implemented as a permanent fixture - pardon the pun, on the new website launching in the summer. As I mentioned in my last post, if anybody has suggestions or feedback regarding anything like this, please drop a line to fans@chesterfc.com. A reply will be forthcoming and it helps us improve the experience for everybody. Although I do come on Deva Chat quite regularly, there are certain things I miss. Thanks, Alan

Has to be said that this club (Oldco and Newco) has never been more open than it is currently and for that we can have absolutely no complaints.

One week today this game, was really looking forward to this but our dodgy form and lack of initiatives to get people in with offers is making it feel like just another game, weeks ago wr had suggestions on milking this game, this is in danger to look embarrassing on the television once again.
Where are we up to with tickets and are we running any offers to get people down the club early, if not why not?
