1-1 for me with 127 Blues in attendance not bothered who scores as long as someone does Another great prediction, correct score and two Blues short on the crowd. Sorry, I normally would have gone with my boy, but was working so let your prediction down there. Cheers SB make sure you go next time lol

Great result and another step in the right direction. Mad Jon would have been shouting it from the town hall tonight but you get the feeling that MB takes it in his stride and looks at the bigger picture.

With the players we have available a point is a decent result. Frustrating to be conceding within a minute of scoring but I think we would all have taken a point before the game. Massive game on Tuesday night now - 3 points would see us go level with Orient, a loss would see a 6 point gap open up between us. Let's hope we can get a couple of players back. If we beat Orient by two goals we'll go above them!

Optimistic enough for a 1-1 draw, backs to the wall style after an early Hannah goal. A win would be bloody marvellous, but I will leave that expectation for the Orient game. We need points 😳😳 Well played sir.

Only been to Brisbane Road once before and we won 1-0, so I'm hoping I can get something similar on Tuesday.

Can anyone remember when we drew 2-2 at ours in the League Cup (early 60s) and lost the replay 9-2. I think they were in the top division for that season.

Sounded like a well earned point and Hannah back to his best hopefully we take our decent point and convert it in to 3 on Tuesday night
looking like Eastleigh are starting to be dragged in to the dog fight

Wasn't offended by anything but wouldn't say people are sensitive. Can pretty much guarantee several of the Keyboard warrior on here at totally different people in person and there's nothing worse than that.
Anyhow, great point away from home for me with some big players missing. Think Ross is regaining some form and looks much fitter. We do need a win as many others have pointed out, and i expect us to beat orient regardless of their managerial situation.

Just got back thought we done really well dug deep and battled to the end think the Macca days are long gone just need a win on Tuesday followed up by a Draw or 3 points vs Dag then we might start seeing the best out of the lads
Hannah got the Man of the Match award but for me it was Turnbull thought he was outstanding

The next 7 games or so where we play Orient. Daganham Fylde. Solihull Mooore Hartlipool Halifax Guiseley (twice) will define our season. Fylde will be rearranged as they are still in the F A Cup, so a free Saturday on December 2nd.

The first game that I saw under the lights at Sealand Road. Remember Ron Davies and Jimmy Cooper scoring two late goals to get us the draw. Shame about the replay !

Will take a point at the end of the day, we started it well and shaded the first half but we struggled a bit later on, hanging on a bit in the end. We deserved to take the lead but disappointing to concede so quickly after going ahead. Dawson did ever so well skipping a few challenges through the middle to tee up Hannah to his left, I thought he was taking a bit too long to get his shot away but finished it off well. Bromley equalised almost immediately after Lynch parried Wanadio’s effort from the left only to Dennis who slotted it in. Lynch did well to save the initial effort and in fairness parried it away from goal but Dennis was completely unmarked. Not sure if it was offside or not, there were calls for it but it was all up at the other end of the pitch from where we were.
Bromley probably had a few more chances than us but ours were certainly the more gilt edged, I’d be worrying if we weren’t creating anything but we certainly did today.
Thought Hannah was possibly our best, much more like it from him. Looked lively and up for it, celebrated his goal pretty hard as well. Dawson also did well, sprayed the ball around nicely. Played the most beautiful cutting pass to Kingsley James on the wing in the first half, ultimately means nothing but probably the pass I’ve stood back and admired the most so far this season. Halls and Rowe-Turner continue to have gaffe’s in them whilst although I like really like Gough, he struggled against their wingers. White tried hard and fared a little better than usual but Bell looked more effective when he came on.
Draw a fair result in my opinion, Bromley huffed and puffed in the second half but didn’t do enough overall, we were resolute. Hayes Lane is arguably the worst place in the league to spend a rainy afternoon, especially as an away supporter where they give you no cover. It’s a bit of a ramshackle setup to be honest and I’ve been there a few times now. They ended up opening a bit of cover for us but there was no way 125 of us were going to fit in there. Ended up getting wet through and still a bit damp even now! Oh well, at least we got a point, on to Orient.

What I've seen of him, I'm not confident with Lynch. I will give him credit as a good shot stopper or faced with a one-on-one. However, I feel he doesn't command the 6yd box and is hesitant on crosses. That in turn causes confidence problems between him and the centre halves.

A lot of football fans are elderly and to make them stand about in wet clothing for two hours on a cold November afternoon, then face a long journey back home before they can dry off, they could get quite ill from that. Does a fixture like Bromley v Chester really need to be segregated? I think if you pay to get into a match, a roof over your head isn't much to ask.

With the centre backs we have I think it’s right to get a good shot stopper in and hope our massive centre backs can deal with crosses

I went to Bromley two years ago and the experience was appalling. Body searched on the way in, couple of mobile cubicles for toilets and a crap view. Vowed never to go back again. Too many tin pot clubs in our league. FA seem more worried about the number of seats in the main stand, rather than the general fan experience. These clubs, like Eastleigh as well, should be forced to spend money on their ground first before they go throwing cash at players. Just continues to re-enforce the idea of the league being amateur.

The bar was a bit of a joke as well. Surely they could’ve allowed the Chester fans in the home bar, like most other clubs in this league do. What made it worse was that it was an outside bar. There was some cover, but it wasn’t a good experience to be stuck outside for the majority of pre-match in the bitter, soaking weather. I must say though, the Cornish pasty which Bromley served was delicious.

Highlights
Bromley's goal doesn't look offside. Too many yellow shirts just standing about there. Nicely taken goal by Hannah and good to see him celebrate it with the fans. Not great highlights really. Hard to see what's going on at times with the camera misted up and too far out.

Sorry but we're supposed to be battle-hardened supporters of a non league club. We went to grounds in the Evo Stik and National League North with no cover available and didn't whinge about it. This is what happens at this level. Instead of whinging about getting a bit cold and wet, man the fuck up and get on with it. I despair at the wimpy attitudes of some people
