I would like to hear from defoe and the other players at sunderland,if we go down we will take the pay cut and get you back up,but no they will move like rats and wont give a monkeys.

If Sunderland do go down it will not have been Defoes fault. Back on topic, it's a great picture. Defoe more than likely has children of his own and his parental instincts kicked in there and he is just doing his own little bit to help a very poorly little boy and his family in their hour of need. |

I dont watch tv or read newspaper's.I listen to radio5 for news so i didn't recognise a photo of the lad but i am familiar with him from listening to commentary on radio5.

Defoe is one of footballs good guys. Superb player to go with it too. I saw this photo on Twitter the other day and genuinely felt happy. Bradley Lowery has captured the heart of all football fans & we all wish him well.
