I've gone for 46-50 which I dont think will be quite enough but I think we will make a bit of a fight for survival

I don’t think we’ll need to wait to the end the season to know where we stand, either. With the games in Dec I think our fate will be sealed by mid Jan. |

Unless there is a miraculous transformation of the defence I can't see us finishing above 24th with 33 points.

I don’t think it will be that bad but am mindful we had an 11 game unbeaten run last season and then only just survived. To repeat that now still wouldn’t guarantee survival and not losing almost half our remaining games is hard to see right now.

It's a tricky one...
One part of me says that we need to hit that 50 point mark to ensure safety, which on the face of it, looks a big ask.
The way I prefer to look at it is that we are in a 6 horse race (with the possibility of overtaking a pulled-up horse along the way).
Makes it seem more doable!

The year we went down and was repreived didn't we get 52 points.
I would take getting to 50 points and take our chances but ideally you are looking at more than 52.

When you look at it as points per game it looks pretty scary. If you look at it as we just have to do better than 4 other teams then it looks a bit (but only s bit) more achievable (although Torquay and Guiseley seem to get the odd win far more frequently than us at the moment and at the current rate will overhaul us in the next week or two ☹️).

Wasn't anyone one else pissed off when smug Goats came on here after their ref-inspired win against us and said we won't go down when they are secretly laughing their bollox off.
Btw there must be at least 6 voters on here with drink/drugs problem to vote us over 50 points. I can't see us getting anywhere near 40, lol.

When Prince William got married it happened on the same day that despite us losing at Garforth we won our first promotion as a reformed club. When Prince Harry gets married it could mark our first (confirmed) relegation.

There was barely anyone who came on here to gloat really. Just a reflection of the game, just because we thought you did well and thought at the time you wouldn't go down if you played like that. Don't change the fact we love to see you strugglee every year. Pretty clear now you just picked your game up for your cup final and now have gone back in to your usual selves. Relegation is imminent I feel for you lot. |

Not many are saying we WILL go up, but alot are saying there's a bloody good chance we could. The defence we have, hopefully added to a couple of decent forward additions and we won't be far off. As for you having the last laugh,thay will never happen. You are currently 28 points behind us (remember your mind the gap last year ha), languishing in bottom four and really look like going down. What's to laugh at us for? Even if we do fail in play offs we would still of had (again)be much better season than yourselves. Be realistic will you. |
