I've posted something like this before and got slated with the idea. All the things people are saying the club needs would come from a youth academy. Teams from age 7 to 18 boys and girls. Would create 22 teams. That would be over 400 players, 800 parents, 1600 grandparents. These players and family members would be new to the club that's over 2500. With youth football there are Grant's from the FA to help pay for a 3g pitch. This would mean the youth academy put in a 3g pitch at the stadium. Making ever weekend Saturday and Sunday games could be played. For me this is the only way forward for the club. This would help engage young people with the club.
