Yesterday midfielder Tom Crawford returned to Chester FC following his month-long loan at Runcorn Town. Hopefully in the future he can evolve into a key role in the team.

Yesterday midfielder Tom Crawford returned to Chester FC following his month-long loan at Runcorn Town. Hopefully in the future he can evolve into a key role in the team. I wonder why the loan wasn’t extended was that down to us needing him or them not wanting him any longer . |

I wonder why the loan wasn’t extended was that down to us needing him or them not wanting him any longer . The loan only lasted for a month. I would imagine though if he isn’t getting a game here still, then he could get sent back out on loan to aid his development. |

MB mentioned Tom Crawford and James Jones as being in his plans.
We seem to be bringing in players who aren't ready, maybe we should use our own? No idea if they are up to it.
Actually Hellawell did ok at Alty when moved wide. He certainly gave full effort for 120 minutes and tried to take his man on. Defended ok too.
