Our board are a disgrace. Liars and need to go. They told us lots of things at our meeting. I am still waiting to hear about any of them. The squad builder is a joke. They should of locked them self's in a room until they had something to sell us . 20 days till Christmas and nothing. They need to go.

Does this really need a new thread, coul have responded to the previous 10 about the board. Problem is in business things don't happen overnight, regardless of what was said I'm fairly sure they didn't promise it would be in action around a fortnight later?
I'm not defending them, but sometimes a bit of business sense is needed, something that went missing with offering JM a two year deal however has been implemented fairly well in bringing in sponsors.

I understand what you are saying about it takes time. How much time? We signed Bignot on the 20 September. On that day the board should of been planning how they would raise the money to replace the contracts pay outs. 3 months and all we have had are lies and a bucket at the gates. |

I don't know the logistics of the board at C.FC but I'd hazard a guess that a lot of people are giving their time for nothing. Join the queue of lower tier football clubs struggling to make ends meet. Everything might've been rosy for you with back to back promotions further down the pyramid, But, at the end of the day you've got to stand back and look at the wider picture. |

You're having to pay the last guy's contract off by instalments.

It's the wider picture.
Results on the pitch means punters clicking the turnstiles. It's a results business - especially when you have to pay off contracts.
One big gamble to pay off JM etc
Bignot's under pressure already

Most fans wanted him gone last season and he should of gone, we wouldn’t be in this position now if the board had the balls to sack him. If we go down the board are 100% to blame. |

Should never have been given a two year extension in the first place.
Should then never have let him waste that Sam Hughes cash in the summer.
Should never have allowed 2yr deals for Mahon, Hannah, James, etc

My post is about the boards lack of leadership for the fans,players,staff and most importantly our volunteers. We need money "give me something to buy into". |
