Hello everyone. After about 8 years of barely leaving the house I'm back to watching most of the home games with my Son.
I have a question.
Could someone explain to me how City Fans United and being fan owned works?.

I think we need a sub-committee setting up to discuss this.
I suggest we meet in the New Year and decide who we want on the committee

Welcome back swr and son, hope your health improvement endures and that you enjoy being back supporting the blues. It is a bit tough going on and off the pitch at present as you will probably have gathered. Rather than try to explain City Fans United and fan ownership beyond we have no sugar daddy or mischievous individual or consortium responsible for the sustainability of our club. It is all down to us and our employees. So if you fancy being an"owner" with all the added frustrations that that seems to bring from time to time, pay your £12 and join. Can I direct you to www.cityfansunited.com for membership details and lots of other info. Membership is open to all, but not to every ones taste!! In my opinion better to be in than not.

To avoid disappointment, pretend we aren't fan owned and just enjoy the football as much as possible would be my advice. While this isn't really a solution to make things any better, it won't happen any time soon with the personnel behind the ideas.

Congratulations on your improvement, its quite simple really, you pay your £12.00 to be a member of the C.F.U., then you can claim to be an owner of the club, and start moaning, bitching, grumble, and cry, about being an owner, and not having your say, on what wood to use, or hinges to fit on the new dressing rooms.

Thanks to everyone for the replies. I think I'll just stick to watching the games and hope for the best.

I fear quite a bit of hope may be required at the moment. But a guaranteed big win tomorrow. I’m so confident of battering Solihull tomorrow!! Don’t quite know why!
