I put the below in my comments of the match thread but I think it deserves a thread of it's own.
'A quick shout out to all the Volunteers who do AMAZING work behind the scenes and don't get enough credit. The game probably wouldn't have been on yesterday without them and I for one am very grateful for all the work they do. We all get frustrated with how things go, both on and off the field sometimes but they are all people who do care and are trying to do there best to keep our club going.

I actually thought Saturday was a good example of what fan owned clubs can do. The club has come in for a bit of stick recently, much of it justified, but that was a good bit of publicity. We didn't want that game moved to a Tuesday night in January, we needed to get it played and win it now. Without the efforts of the fans, it wouldn't have happened.

Absolutely. As mentioned there has been quite a lot of criticism and mainly justified from myself included.
The efforts of all concerned to
Make the game possible needs recognition well done to all concerned. We certainly wouldn’t have wanted it on a Tuesday in January. Thanks to our volunteers we now head into a vital
Xmas and new year period with an important win under our belts. Well done to all concerned.
Doesn’t hurt to give a bit of praise when it’s correct to do so.

It was impressive stuff from the volunteers on Saturday. They played a massive part in gaining the three points.

Well do all volunteers and staff for getting the game on, it could just turn out to be the vital result. Extra mince pies and roast spuds on the 25th well earned!!
