£100k per annum has been quoted, but I guess that might be wishful thinking. We had more than that pumped into the playing budget this season and look what good that did. I hope this is not a Brexit-type project in which most of the relevent information was withheld until after the vote.

there may be a element of wind up here, don't the club lease the "stadium" ? the area around the "stadium" which is used for car parking on match days isn't as far as i am aware covered by any specific lease arrangements, but the council made it available to the club. This was mentioned in an open planning meeting a while ago when the proposals first were aired. The stage coach plans proposed include a provision to allow parking during match days, how many spaces will be allocated will have to be decided but if the usage count is from this seasons car park use of that area it won't be much. The effect it will have on the club will depend on the final plans. As far as the benefits to the club some have mentioned sub letting, the club can't sub let something not covered by the original contract and there is more than likely a clause preventing this any way, there usually is. hey on the bright side the car parking area may finally be covered in tarmac and marked out!!!.... The 50 year lease arranged in 2014 covers the stadium and the car park. ok would you have access to a plan showing the marked designated car park area included in the terms of the lease..... I have made some enquiries and according to a Cheshire west representative the area to be used for the stagecoach maintenance yard isn't part of the area leased to the club.... time will tell i suppose. Cheshire west own other parcels of land near the ground so it seems strange they would use a piece of land they own that would have a financial implication for who ever takes up residence over next 47 years.....

It makes no sense why CWAC would give up £100k revenue to the club if it was not on land under lease to the club. Another instance where there is big things going on with no oversight or communications for those who wish to engage. £100k is a nice big round sum to light the eyes of the idiots who will be sucked into anything. Go look around what land you can rent for £8k a month nearby and you might see why the whole thing stinks, let alone capital expense to improve the land with a mini depot - then rates on top... it is just fiction. What is going on?

OK I know nothing about the deal, what I do know is our owners currently pay about £10k into the club. The Stagecoach deal could possibly bring in £100k per season into the club. No brainer. The negative posting re car park spaces "if we get a Premier League club in the FA cup..." "I could hardly find a space on Boxing day..." Get a grip. That means getting to round 3 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

IMO a 50 year lease with 47 years to run is an asset of CFU/CFC. To sub-let part of the land covered by the lease (by lump sum or annual rent) would a disposal of part of the asset. I am neither for nor against the principle of disposal, but it should be subject of a vote of the CFU membership who should receive all the information necessary to make an informed decision.
Quite right. I am sure that a decision of this magnitude would be the subject of consultation with the CFU members, a recommendation from the Board and a members vote to decide the matter Appears some in depth discussions have taken place without that. Why change the secrecy and distance now?
