Making a right tit of himself now stamping on Rhead and then throwing himself to the floor

Shocking from Barton. Throwing himself down clutching his face. Should have been off today. Mind you he's not on his own these days.....

Embarrassing. They've been the better side this half, Lincoln. Arguably had the best chance of the game so far as well.

Words not often heard from a player who has just scored an FA cup 5th round winner. "Big game on Tuesday North Ferriby away"๐

They must be looking at over a million pounds gained from this cup run, incredible stuff.
Can't really believe Arsenal have offered Sutton all the gate few and television money as a good will gesture and the FA have stepped in and said its against the rules of the competition.

Delighted for them. Gutting when our away game has been moved but we'll done to them. They are 90 minutes from Wembley.

Although I agree that the FA are wrong to prevent this I personally think Sutton have lost the right for much of the good will thats headed in their direction after the decision to accept one off sponsorship from The S*n rag for Sundays game.

So you ignore all News Corps products Depends on wether you value morals and principles over pedantry I guess? The Sun did something very, very wrong in writing lies and untruths about those who died in such a horrible and heart breaking way. Empathy - place yourself in the shoes of fellow human beings who not only had to face the death of their daughters / sons / brothers / sisters etc etc only for that then to be compounded by the nation being told that they brought it on themselves / deserved it. Can you imagine the pain? The sense of injustice? The anger! Then you play a pedantic game of company ownership when someone takes up a moral position? Not good.

B.B. if we had a run to the 5th round of the FA Cup then would we need a few more Bob ontop of what we'd have already earnt in prize money and gate receipts from the previous rounds?
I have friends who lost family at Hilsborough, and a work colleague who was there on the day. I would not accept money off that rag for one second.
Oh and for what it's worth, I don't buy newspapers.

Do the FA really have the power to tell Arsenal what they can't do with their share of the gate receipts?

I wonder how Sutton's regular shirt sponsors feel about being ditched for such a major fixture?

I take your point totally, I just think we can't blame them for that, it's incredible club changing money were talking here, the sort that could doubly our playing budget. Their manager is a volunteer and the chairman clearly cares for the club. I wish them all the best despite the decision.
