Has he been down 42’s in Manchester recently and had a chat with the DJ? I’ve heard Oasis, Blossoms, Courteeners, Stone Roses, Kasabian being played at the past two home games. Some decent music being played for once at the ground.

I think music in the ground is the very least of our concerns right now.

I think music in the ground is the very least of our concerns right now. Welcome to being a Chester fan. If you are in your twenties or thirties you are used to crisis after crisis. The improvement in the music has been noted though.

Given our league position and the sad news of Mark E Smith's death today, he should definitely be playing The Fall at our next home game.

But still no METALLICA Just what you need with all the doom and gloom of the past week, Catweasel Hetfield whinging about nothing else matters. Hopefully Cleggy can bring some more CD’s back from 42’s for the Deva indie-disco.

I really hope Cleggy will play The Fall's 'Theme From Sparta FC' in tribute to the legendary Mark E Smith who died this week. The recorded version is great, but this storming live performance of one of my favorite footy songs to a load of bemused looking Norwegians is pure class - The Theme From Sparta FC

ØyaFestival usually has some top acts/bands and is a sell out. The Norwegians in the clip aren't bemused, they just don't get involved with the tunes. OsloLive in 2011 had Groove Armada, LeftField, Digitalism, Breakage plus many more. A brilliant festival. There was only a handful of us jumping around, the rest emotionless ! I go to quite a few gigs in and around Oslo and it's always the same.

Well I did wonder if it was something to do with the fact you need to take out a second mortgage or rob a bank to be able to afford to get legless there which might have explained such festival stiffness?
