Get in them from the off, stick to 4-4-2 and get at their defence.

It works both ways though, they're not going to want to do it "for the fans" if they feel all the fans are doing is whining at them every week.
The problem in recent weeks hasn't been motivation or effort, from what I've seen, just lack of quality and possibly confidence.
We need to do our part as well and turn up in good numbers, get behind them from start to finish and not think we are "owed" some kind of fabulous five star entertainment from a bunch of semi-pro footballers probably paid less than you are.

I doubt any of them are on less than the majority of Chester fans, you must be in a high paid job? I'd imagine our top earners are on £500-800 a week

I'd imagine our top earners are on £500-800 a week £500 a week is £26,000 a year, which statistically is below the average salary, although well above what I get! I thought someone worked out a while ago based on our wage bill that around £300 a week is a closer figure.

What a load of Crawfish - Lobster we are owed some kind of fine performance as we haven't seen one for months - if I hadn't been performing for that long at work I'd be on a performance plan or warning so should they!

These are the same players that were doing so well before Christmas, it's not them, it's the tactics and positions they are being asked to play in

Not very hidden, even at this time in the morning it's obvious that he is from the old guard! Don't think he has an 'agenda' as such. I remember Sir Fred from the early DC days and he was always very outspoken, often arguing things nobody agreed with, like Wayne Brown being crap. Not a problem though. We don't have to agree with him.

There you go, Macca must have pinned "come on lads, do it for Sirfred on Deva Chat!!" on the dressing room wall, right above Evan Horwood's peg.

We don't have to agree with him. That brings back memories. Didnt Wayne Brown offer a reward for information on who Fred was? used to get some proper stick Brownie. I remember rowing with two idiots who were giving him stick during the warm up.

Ah ha I remember those days very well - Wayne Brown was never my favourite some say I caused us to go down after giving Brownie a mouthful after he had let in the 5th goalv Brighton he was that incenced he launched himself and brought down an opposing player resulting in a pen and Brightons 6th - we later went down on goal difference minus 1 - The fued lasted most of his tenure and started with me telling him to get his mohair slippers off as he spannered another goal kick his response I can't repeat on here - there were rumours of a reward on my head and a fight in the car park after the Northwich game -he always knew where I stood and he always got full barrels it was a lovely relationship
