In the last few weeks we have had reports of a worrying amount of incidents in which Chester fans have made nuisance phone calls to Wrexham AFC official numbers.
These have become increasingly aggressive in nature, and we must make it clear that calling the Racecourse ground and suggesting it will be "burnt down and rebuilt in blue and white" is considered potentially threatening.
We have invested in equipment to record such calls and this now has the possibility of progressing to a police matter.
We ask that anyone with any information on such nuisance calls to contact the club on 01978 891864.

Very odd! No bubble match restrictions will be put in place at Wrexham next season then. It's either the Bubble, or the match switched to all ticket 12 o'clock on a Sunday. I'd prefer the Saturday 3pm. |

We get calls from Wrexham fans no threats just verbal abuse, a the odd request for a Rooney number ten shirt
Our normal response is, thank you for your call please call again
And as for the Rooney shirt try Wrexham FC they may have some leftover
They will eventually get fed up and stop calling
