Has joined Barrow on loan until the end of the season. Despite a lot saying he’s going to a relegation rival and this could impact us, let’s hope he has successful spell as if he doesn’t were lumbered with him in a few months time with a year left on a stupid wage.
Barrow will be paying his wages.

Delighted not to have to pay to watch him impersonate a footballer anymore.

Been strange because he was great in his first spell with us. He has been utter crap this season though.

I thought he was in love with you lot and didn't want to play for anyone else and wanted to save you.

I loved the guy in his first spell, what the hell has happened to him? Have felt sorry for him at times lumbered on the right wing out of position, but even playing in the middle the game just passes his by these days. He is a good age too. Has he just lost the hunger?

Good riddance. Disastrous signing for us. Did nothing to justify his wages.

It'll be weird to want him to perform well for Barrow and keep them up, most probably at our expense, so they fancy taking him off our hands in the summer.

I don't take any pleasure from this, but it just hasn't worked out for him. There's no need for all the vitriol.

Loved him in his first spell. But this time around he has been played out wide and looks to have lost a yard or two. Hope he secures a decent contract and moves on.

Never been the same player for us since he had his head turned by Aspin whilst playing for England C at Halifax. Was hoping that we would see the old KJ when he signed again, but he’s a shadow of the player that he used to be.
Will be interesting to see how he gets on at Barrow.

Say what you want about Kingsley but he is a solid midfielder at this level. Could argue he hasn't been able to perform because of certain management and tactics. He did well in his last two seasons in a slightly more advanced role with macclesfield and halifax, surprised we didn't follow suit.

Have to say in the games I've seen he's been spectacularly poor. Hope he gets back on track but it's no loss.

Optimised everything poor about this season. Pulled out of tackles every game I've seen this season and atrocious with the football. Normally I'd agree with Hanibal above but this season's team, I think deserve everything levelled at them. James was superb in his first spell, I was gutted when he went and delighted when he came back. But, please, if there is a God I never, ever want to see him in a blue shirt again. The only thing I will say, is at least he fronted it up and played every week. Unlike the haribo eating crew who sit in the stand most weeks having a good chuckle about picking up a wage for doing the square route of sod all.

Wish him well and at least he has had the guts to move on. However, he is a shadow of the player he was in his first spell.

As many have said total shadow of the player in his first spell with us. Had to play out of position practically all season and has no doubt been very disappointing. Shame to be joining a relegation rival but all the best Kingsley and good luck for the future.

In both spells he's been at Chester he's never been the same player since that altercation with Brodie at Southport

He’s like Jimmy Nail. First season (album) was superb but second promised so much but delivered so little.

Like most, glad to see the back of him but another one who most on here including myself were happy to see put pen to paper at the start of the season. Hannah next.

I honestly can’t understand what has gone wrong with Kingsley after having a great first spell here. Hopefully the move to Barrow will be a fresher start for him, although I hope that it doesn’t help them to stay up. Good luck Kingsley!

As I said above we're in the strange situation of wanting him to perform well to keep them up so they're more inclined to take him off our hands permanently.

Would have much preferred Turnbull to leave instead as at least Kingsley works hard and gets about a bit but needs must . Good luck Kingsley

The biggest disappointment of the season. So poor in centre mid we had to play him right back. He’s another Luke George lol

Heart wasn't in it for whatever reason. Was another of Sir Jon's popularity signings that went wrong. Needed to move on for both his sake and our's. Let us hope that he makes a success of his time at Barrow and makes the full time switch come the end of the season. Just need Turnbull, Halls and Hannah off the books now and we will be in good shape moving forwards. Those three could provide the spine of Southport's future team.....

LRT would look good in a southport shirt too.

If he starts turning in performances for Barrow, it would imply that his failure at CFC was due to either his attitude or the manager(s) he worked under! I lean towards the latter.

Wishful thinking on your part, however, none of those 3 would get into the current Southport team.
