This is just my opinion,no facts or inside knowledge, mainly guess work.
Listening to MB's interviews since NY came back the tone has quickly switched from i want to be here next season to more of a blame/calling out people/players, im sure i read in the last week he has only spoken to Calvin once, surely if true that stays in house.
With NY coming back i think he will be appointed Director of Football on expenses/retainer with a manager/head coach in charge of the first team (same model as Exeter have). Also think first team will be part time next season to help with player recruitment and to keep costs down.
Not sure if it will be MB as i just dont have the feeling he is the right fit for us.read a good article on Kevin Davies on bbc website on what he is doing and he just mucks in with any of the odd jobs that need doing, also kitting out a gym at the club from players fines which i thought was a good way of using the money.
On Dawson and the has he or hasnt he had a new contract put in front of him, ether way i have every confidence that the current board will do whats right for the club.
Would be interested in thoughts of others on next seasons structure.

IMO we have to go part time, I have no idea how we could be full time on a £250,000 budget. The managerial appointment needs to be sorted out asap now it is almost certain we will get relegated. There seems to be some hints from Bignot that we do not have the right people in the right places with football experience, he may have a point but I don't know really. So I guess Bignot is saying do want to be a part time regional team or try and get back into/compete at a national level. Mmm

Mmm Don't forget too that if Hannah, James and Mahon stay, the balance left to spend will be less than £150,000. Difficult to put together a full squad on that.

North Ferriby had a budget of that this season. Look how they've faired.

I hope there will be some realism next season that staying up will be a good achievement. The budget is already pretty much blown on Hannah, James and Mahon. The priority now has to be resolving this mess, which may entail subsidising others teams to take them on loan, painful as that may be. Would like to think they will be looking for a move.
