Would I be right in saying that to be in the league back then you had to have a ground with a minimum capacity of 6,000. The nearest we ever got to that was the game against Scarborough which was a handful under 6,000.

The game against Preston in the mid 90's can't have been far off either, despite the quoted crowd figure!

I think quite a few Preston fans forced entry by breaking through one of the gates.
