I was looking through some old programmes the other day my favourite ones obviously are the 1974 Cup Run,anyway looking through the Leeds one,(what a team we beat that night) i was astonished to read that on the second to last page they had Attendances and Receipts of each game,for instance first game of the season we played Hartlepool with an attendance of 2942 with receipts of £937,could you imagine clubs releasing that sort of information these days,there is an advert within the programme,which i suppose shows some context on the receipts,British Nuclear Fuels had an advert for Assembly Workers and Machine Operators wages are £1750 for days and £2200 for shifts,makes me feel old that.

That would presumably be per annum, not per week, lol!
