Not that much easier to get to than Macc really. At the end of the day, fair play to Macc for trying to help us out but they’ll be quite rightly taking their cut and making sure all costs are cover, I’m sure of that. If it does have to be at Macc, I hope as many as possible make it over there to help the club out or at least maybe consider donating the admission fee to the club if they cannot make it? Public transport (i.e train) certainly is easier at Crewe Also regular bus, C84...free for pensioners!

According to the Chronicle, safety testing is due to take place today. Therefore I'd hope we could get a definitive statement re. Saturday either later on today or tomorrow. Whatever the outcome, I'll be going but it would be nice to know and be able to sort out arrangements, something I guess many others are waiting on. Delays may well affect the attendance wherever the game is played as people make other plans. This is not a criticism of the club, just feels like it's simply a waiting game and a bit frustrating.

Agree with all your points, but I just hope we can win the bastard and get moving up this league.

It was getting really tedious.
Well done everyone for sorting it out. Onwards and upwards towards Saturdays inevitable letdown.

Fantastic news! Though unfortunately, typically, I can't make Saturdays game. Excellent statement from the board too.

Letter in the NLP today by ’Caradoc Davies’ saying we should have played recent home games at Connah’s Quay (reads like it might be from a Wrexham fan). If they are serious and not on a wind-up then their suggestion seems a little strange. As well as it being questionable if we could have played at a ground used in the Welsh system, I’d have thought it would far from suitable for hosting matches such as Chester v Hereford. Nomads can’t play European games there as an indicator.
