At the end of the day it’s just a youth team game and everyone needs to treat it as such.

Should do another donations match with all proceeds going to the youth setup, although I suspect the police bill will be high 🤔 Was told at the game today that the Police were considering making it all ticket! If so, that stuffs any chance of a decent crowd. Ludicrous

All ticket would decimate a possible 1,000 plus attendance. Hope common sense will prevail. Hopefully the Thursday night too!

Pleased to provide you with your cup final again. It’s our pleasure. Deluded. Go and give the bowling bowl and Porto pennant a polish. Stockport County are a bigger draw than your lot.

Hope we get a really decent crowd for the youngsters tonight and people don’t choose Napoli Liverpool over the future of our club. Heard a few at the game tonight saying they couldn’t be bothered which was really dissapointing to hear. Let’s get a good home support like the Gateshead match

Anybody know which stands will be open?

Can imagine that it will just be the main stand unless the demand is higher. Would love them to be opening the Harry Mac for it. Would make for a much better atmosphere

Hoping we can turn Wrexham over tonight. They might be Football League Youth Alliance standard but I see they've drawn three and lost 4 of their seven league games so far.

FA won't let us in it unfortunately Following tonight’s showing were better staying where we are, could have been a greater margin in the scorelinr against an academy with more funds and higher category status.

Yet another really proud and enjoyable night to be a Chester FC supporter, especially with us getting one over that lot. You cannot fault our efforts at all this evening as our players fought incredibly hard throughout and deserve to be in the hat for the next round. Wrexham’s physicality did get the better of us at times, but our mentality and desire was definitely on show which resulted in another cup scalp. Everyone who attended tonight’s game certainly got their money’s worth which resulted in an entertaining match. Hopefully we will be drawn at home again in the next round, as tonight’s atmosphere was a big advantage. I’m looking forward to penning my highlights which will be uploaded tomorrow. UP THE YOUNG SEALS 🔵⚪️🏴!

That ginger lad who was a 2nd half substitute went for one of our lads, hence the melee.
Crowd given as 650, but I felt there was close to 1,000 there. Main stand looked a third to half full and there were about 125 goats.
