While we continue to mourn one of our own I've noticed in the local media that our cross border friends have also suffered a loss of a loyal fan this week one Chris "scarfy" Williams,sad times for both sets of fans and certainly puts all the bubble nonsense into perspective

RIP to a red. This is when rivalries come aside and the football family comes together to give their condolences. A lot of Wrexham fans offered their condolences to Garry, and I'm sure a lot of Chester fans will do the same.

Thanks for the kind words regarding scarfy, he was a massive Wrexham and wales fan. The last time I saw him was at the deva stadium in January. I'd have thought a few Chester fans who work at Airbus would have know him as he retired from there last year after 40 years service. Once again thanks for the respect from you guys on here.

Had the pleasure of working with scarfy for the last few years before he retired, top bloke loved his football and devoted his life to wxm.
