We turn our attentions to another away game where we travel to Warwickshire to take on Leamington tomorrow. On Tuesday we picked up a solid point at York City to get ourselves back on track, and will be looking to record 3 points which could see us go top. At home we have done really well thus far, but we need to translate that form on the road as we need to be more complacent. Leamington are a decent side but we have to treat it like a game we must win.
Over the past few weeks our squad has been rather depleted due to the sheer amount of matches we have had to play. For the time being we haven’t got any more midweek fixtures which will ease the burden due to the amount of injuries we’ve suffered. Also, we will now have an extra training session on a Tuesday with us not playing in midweek which is an opportunity to work on our fitness levels more.
Leamington are a side who have punched above there weight in recent seasons, and made a very strong start to this campaign too. They were sat in the play-off places throughout September which came to a surprise for many. Since then though a poor run of form has resulted in them falling down to 13th place, although that’s still a good position for a club of that size.
On the whole we need to pick up a win to get ourselves back on track, as these are the type of games we could look back on. The addition of Adam Dawson is a big boost for us as I believe he played well in his cameo at York, but the question is ‘who will start in midfield’? as we are looking very strong in that department. I really can’t wait for this match now as I’d expect us to take a healthy following, so come on boys don’t disappoint us. Up The Seals!
Score: Leamington 0-2 Chester FC (Dawson, Dudley) Attendance: 765 (278 Chester FC) COYB!

Leamington 1-2 Chester, Dudley and Grand.
224 Chester. But that will be an unoffical number I imagine without segregation.

I’d say we need to start this one sharper than the York game, but I’m confident we will against this opposition. 2-1 Blues.
I hope we see Dudley in a central role tomorrow, I think he has the potential to bag us 20 this season but he won’t if he’s playing as a ten IMO. Drop Mani, Dudley through the middle and have Dawson behind him until Green is match fit, which could be next season at this rate?

Have to say it’s worried me seeing Jonno talk about our attacking options and not even mentioning our star signing. I have been told though they’re taking the rehab slowly to make sure of no reoccurring issues.

Tough one this! That’s right finding somewhere in Royal Leamington Spa to have the Piercy Party now that the world famous “Rios” nightclub has closed down.
0 - 5 Chester with 350 Chester legends in attendance.

Just seen that Nathan Sheron is playing for Fleetwood on telly in the lunchtime kick off.
I'm sure he played for us on loan under McCarthy and looked well out of his depth? Probably more McCarthy's fault than his.

Probably more McCarthy's fault than his. There was an article about him how non league improved him but as we've found out with Macca he hasn't got a clue. How many times has player deemed not good enough go on to do better and the players he's stuck by have sunk to oblivion.

I’ve noticed that Zanzala, who had a pretty forgettable spell with us last season, has been popping up with goals for Accrington in L1.
