With southport and north ferriby certs to go, it looks like we will have to go in the southern league. 200 mile round trip for any away game but on the plus side it's a lot easier than the national league of death north.

That's not how it works. They take all the clubs in Conference North and South level and split them accordingly. Given Gloucester and Brackley are in the Conference North I think there's no danger of us being in the Conference South next season!
