It's not on since the fan was arrested for having an 8 inch flare down his trousers police and stewards are looking at me suspiciously but I have assured them it is a natural phenomenon - bloody civil libities

Sir Fred I suggest that you wear some Oxford bags or the like to disguise your "problem" or you may suffer a similar fate 😂

Is it just me or does it seem abit harsh, he got banned from footy games for 3yrs and had to pay about £200! Just for being in possession of a flare. Secondly how harmful or dangerous are these flares anyway and who are the victims?

Didn't a supporter nearly die recently from an allergic reaction to the smoke from one thrown onto the pitch at Motherwell?

There was a bloke once that got set on fire by one, he wasn't hurt but I bet he was fuming.

A big no no. Light and comfortable joggers and airy briefs. You run on the pitch these days, take in a flare and you're automatically banned. Apparently security was going to be tight for Legia Warsaw's visit to Wrexham. Searches etc Yet..
