We have signed midfielder Liam Davies until the end of the season after impressing on trial. Macca has proved Neil Turner wrong now...
However I'm praying he doesn't turn into a Danny O'Brien, but we have far too many midfielders yet we could get a striker on a short term deal.

Can't find much information on the lad at all, chronicle says he's a midfielder/striker. Hopefully some much needed competition to put a rocket up Richards' arse. Hopefully we've found a gem, welcome Liam.

if we got a striker then it's obvious macca is getting fed up with richards ok he scored last night but what else did he do when he came off the bench  i'm happy he can play up front lets hope macca sticks him up with alabi |

A lad I know coached him in the youth set up at tranmere and said he is going to be a top player, lets hope we can see the best of him in the short time he will be with us.

Very good addition by Macca.We all agree that Joyce and George are inadequate for this league so Maccas signed two very talented young players, in Davies and Dawson, who never quite got the breaks. With the real prospect of Shaw staying and Lloyd signing,next season we would have competition for CM positions. It's not lost on anyone how much our dip in form relates to a lack of competition and burnout.
