Radcliffe Borough was good . . . you couldn't move without tripping into someone selling beer!! Radcliffe seconded. Also thought Rushall Olympic was a very friendly club. I miss that relaxed attitude of many of the Evo Stik clubs sometimes. I often wonder what opposition fans make of Chester as an away day. Probably one of the better ones if you make a day of it around the city centre, but if you just go to the ground and back I imagine it's a bit rubbish.

ย bar York , that's a given; ... Matlock , cracking little town. Pubs in that little valley, and scenic view from away end of castle on the hill. Plus if you go via derby there's half a dozen top pubs outside train station. lancaster deserves a shout too. Ed Sheehan might fancy Matlock with the 'castle on the hill' ๐. Nah Ed Sheeran would prefer the Racecourse as he's another one who chats crap and speaks of stories that never actually happened. Plus he'd be one of their better looking fans.

Fc united was a good one, rearranged at short notice and we still took around 800. Always enjoyed trips that were either Manchester or Liverpool way for obvious reasons ๐บ

Durham stands out for me, good stop over in Newcastle. Harrogate is another. They were the best days following Chester, don't think relegation from the conference would be that bad. ๐
