I'd like to see a reconstruction of Sam Bucko's trip to Rochdale, if that is at all possible?!?!

Sooner or later we'll need a parental filter. As soon as we lose the recriminations will fly. Don't filter them though, we're all big + ugly and hairy-arsed, but this is a place for adults and mature teenagers, and parents need the option to filter for young children.

Is there a way of clicking straight onto the last post of a topic? As it is, I'm clicking on the thread title and then finding myself trawling through all the posts. Surely I'm not the only one who prefers to start at the end and then work their way back, am I?

How about it's own match day thread?

You can click the "New" icon on the side of the thread title and that takes you to the newest replies you haven't read already - though not necessarily straight to the bottom.

Cheers Mancot, that's a great help! Makes more sense to catch up on the unread messages too. The more you look into this site (and it works so much better on mobiles/tablets too) the more user friendly it appears to be. Great work so far and to see the community so active is refreshing.

Also, will we see a new Predict-A-Score thread? Also think a dedicated section for Match threads aswell. Of course, this site is in its infancy and there will be plenty of ideas thrown about but I feel as a fans forum we need our matches to have its own section, rather than it being another topic being overlooked. Due to the openness of this site aswell it's a chance for rival fans to be heard in the match threads, rather than clogging up a topic in the "Blues & Other Football" section. That's my 50pence worth anyway!

I actually agree with that - separate sub-forum for match threads and a similar sub-forum for Predict-A-Score or any other "DC games" would be ideal.

Some good ideas here. I always quite liked the match threads on the main page. I had though about temporarily pinning a match thread to the top of the forum from saturday mornings until monday morning, but if there is support for a seperate matchday forum then I will happily bolt that on....

Would be good if we could restore the old knitting sub forum. I had my crocheting technique nailed before the fascist pigs deleted it.

managed to work out how to register my name - keep up the good work.
I cannot recall the knitting but I do think there was a thing years ago where you could cut out player pictures from the newspaper and post them to someone and they would put them online - is that something that will be offered?

On the old site when I had read a thread the "new" icon disappeared straight away, but that doesn't appear to be the case on this one which is annoying when you're trying to catch up.

Everyone is being nice to each other at the moment, the only forseeable problem is if 'guest' posting starts to be used for personal attacks but i suppose all you can do is let it run and see how it goes. Shut it you twat
