Unsure as to whether CFC has a Clubman of The Season Award but I really think that the club/supporters should recognise the work and commitment that JM has done since picking up the mess from late last season.
I know JM has been rewarded with a new contract, but I genuinely believe that JM should pick up an 'Oscar' for his professionalism, his ethos and everything that CFC stands for.
Obviously, long term it may all go pear shaped, but surely we should recognise his efforts of the last twelve months in working with a group of young players and making them a combatitive unit.
CFC don't have any well paid prima donas, what JM has done is to get 16/17 young men to give us supporters what we strive for . . . 'a team that will fight for the shirt'.
I see a lot of Ken Roberts/Brian Green in this current set up.
