Given that the manager says that there are only four people booing him at home matches, perhaps it would drive home to the doubtful one just how fed up we all are with him if there was some sort of visual demonstration, for example everyone holding up a red card at the beginning and end of both halves and every time we concede a goal. If he still says there aren't many fed up with him and his negative tactics, (no home wins in 2017,) then we'll know that he's short-sighted as well as deaf.

Unfortunately I think you'll find there are still a significant number backing the 'deluded one', just like there were when Burr was on his last legs. Something like this is only successful with universal disapproval. However, there is justification certainly for those who aren't backing him to show their feelings at the final whistle. Let's be honest, he's been laughing at the fans for over two years. I still remember him turning around and laughing in the face of some when Steve Burr was getting some stick right at the end of his tenure. That smelt of arrogance back then.

He wins Monday he's done enough to stay. He doesn't, there's another home game. Monday they get support they need.

He has massively underperformed now for nearly 5 months, other than a few away wins we would be dead and buried. Forget where we are in the league, he has allowed this football club to walk into a relegation battle and for me has to go. No other club would of backed him like this and I fear that will be our biggest error. I won't be going the game on Monday due to work but quite frankly I am not that bothered. I take no pleasure in watching Chester at the minute anyway.

I agree, the football has been shocking this year but this is divvy chat where the moaner's voice's are amplified x10 so they think every one think's like them. Take our average gate this season - how many of them regularly post on DC? It's tiny percentage i'd say. Let's be honest most fan's forums are just echo chamber's for the biggest moaner's/cynic's with no answer's.
If the Red card idea took off you would be in a minority, just a the small percentage that read DC.

Would this really help? I know McCarthy is annoying a lot of people, and even I'm starting to think it's hard to see him turning things round, but the priority now shouldn't be to make a point towards the manager, it should be about scraping some points together over these last three games. The team is low on confidence and needs a bit of support during match days at least.

This sort of crap is why guest posting has got to go, I think. Can you get a more cowardly form of trolling, arguably cyber bullying, than that? Some people must really lead sad lives if they have to go on an Internet forum to bully and make derogatory comments to people who are huge supporters of this club. I just hope it's Wrexham fans high in their town's bus station who are making the sad pathetic comments because if they are Chester fans doing it they should be ashamed of themselves. Worries me that some people seemingly have so little to occupy themselves with and are that bored that they do it!

I admire the likes of Rio's and Danny's positivity even though I am far from positive about what is going on and off the pitch at the moment at this club. However, after twenty years of supporting this club the positivity gets kicked out of you after time.
