Anyone know how the bootsales are going at the stadium? Many buyers/sellers? I know we get a fee for holding them without any risk if they fail in anyway.anyone know how much we receive? Is the club allowed to open the blues bar on the day perhaps for meals/drinks and lunchtime football on TV before the sales starts all extra income Is the club taking a stall to promote the club? Our CEO told me a while ago there were plans to hold fund raising under the banner of CFC EVENTS when i suggested a while ago about holding "an evening with" in the legends lounge. I mentioned Ian rush(now a Chester resident again) and Michael Owen(always lived in the area)as possible guests. As the season draws to a close we need to use the stadium over the summer for more than just Sunday boot sales to generate income and also promote the club by getting the stadium in people's minds and if they go to non football events perhaps new fans will follow

In my opinion, we need to push for this 3G pitch facility and it will be a huge asset to the club. We could make serious money with it, particularly during the summer.

More in the winter mate, as games get called off left right and centre. Ability to hire 3G to avoid that will be immense as other than Vauxhall and EP academy not a lot of options

I popped down to have a look last week. The car boot sale is set up behind the terrace, plenty of cars crammed in to that area though. There were two burger vans, one with a couple of tables that were all full so people were sitting on the step by the turnstiles so it would be nice to see the blues bar being put to use if possible. Did notice that the bloke that seemed to be organising the cars had a large Wrexham badge tattooed on his calf, the poor soul.

Should get some perimeter boards too for a crowd if youth games are played there.
