I have heard on the grapevine of a major investment into the club by MBNA bank with a view to getting back into the football league ASAP.
The figure I have heard is £2,000,000.
anybody else heard such rumours ?

It's going to need something like this in order for us to ever reach a level where we can competitively go out and attract the players required. It's very hard to see how we will ever reach that goal through our current structure.

There's a line crossed at swearing. There was a thread made by this site's owner recently warning people that young people read the threads and swearing will not be tolerated. |

My barber said he was walking his dog and he bumped into his aunties best mate who has a friend who works for a cleaning company and one of the lads there cuts the grass for a local painter and he knows a bloke that washes a car for a bloke that works at MBNA, must be true. I thought that if you had a post deleted you would have been told why, if not that's poor I've got better things to do with my time than sit here having to message people telling them why I'm having to remove posts! Some of the posts were just trolling and bickering so I had to remove a few of the posts otherwise it would have looked odd. I agree that the original post seemed a bit of a stretch but he is perfectly entitled to say it without being ridiculed/abused. Unfortunately it's far more likely that now Lloyds Bank have bought MBNA that the sponsorship will end, rather than increase to anything remotely like £2M.

The most essential part of trolling is convincing your victim that either a) truly believe in what you are saying, no matter how outrageous, or b) give your victim malicious instructions, under the guise of help.
Trolling requires decieving; any trolling that doesn't involve decieving someone isn't trolling at all; it's just stupid. As such, your victim must not know that you are trolling; if he does, you are an unsuccesful troll.
The above is part of a definition of trolling from the Urban Dictionary. There is not just one simple definition of trolling but I think your OP fits this definition pretty well.
