We need to the fans to feel they have had a good afternoon when they attend the lookers on match days
Agreed if the team wins there is a feel good factor or even if they don't as long as they leave feeling they have had their money's worth they are more inclined to return
Lots of fans arrive early buy a drink /pie/hot dog etc but what do we do to entertain them pre match and at half time?
It does not take much organising to hold a penalty shoot out/mini football match etc etc
I agree it takes more to organise but I'm sure a local youth marching band/scout band etc would welcome the chance to play and they could stay and watch the game afterwards after all there is always plenty of spare seats
Just a few ideas but I think the non playing staff at the club need to be more proactive in promoting the club to its hard core fans make them feel as if the club cares about them
