The problem we have is the board have no balls so they wont sack him and he knows what a good number his on for the next 2/5 years

The board think he's a good bloke, he's working hard whilst setting us up for the future. That was clear based on the email sent out yesterday and the reaction of JM to questions over his future. I can only assume that they are so wrapped up in their personal relationships with him that they are unable to gain perspective of the fan on the street, who pays to watch this.
