Just wondering if any other DC readers are also birdwatchers? I mean the feathered variety In the last few weeks, I have spotted Red Kite, Black Grouse, Redstart, Stonechat, Cuckoo, Wheatear amongst others. I'm really hoping to see a Ring Ouzel, but no luck to date.

I'm not a bird watcher but I've been to Rhayader FC in Mid-Wales a couple of times which is notable as the ground is right by a feeding area for Red Kites. Dozens if not as many as 100 were flying above the pitch last time I was there.
