Chester Goals "For" are 2nd best in the league.
Even so not one Chester player features in the goal scorers list of 22 players.
Goals against 3rd worst in the league.

4. It's a low-scoring league this season? Haven't done any research on this but it is a possibility. Can't remember too many big scores apart from Chorley beating Gloucester 9-0.
