Just a thought. Next year could there be a recognision of scores that reflect the correct goal difference.
So say 3 points for correct goal difference.
If someone gave the score as 3-0 and it was 4-1 they would get 3 points as opposed to someone who gave a 1-0 result.
What do people think.

Seems a bit complicated to me. Also I think you'd do disproportionately well out of predicting a lot of 1-0 and 2-1 wins, since the most common margin is one goal.

I am thinking we need to revamp this as support has really dropped off. I thought of making it a fundraiser but the logistics of collecting the entry fees would be a nightmare so any ideas would be extremely welcome

Cheers Lobster I don't mind doing it at all as I have plenty of time on my hands now lol, I just wonder if there is something we can do to encourage more participants as it has dwindled quite a lot over the years. As I said I have wondered about using it as a fundraiser for the club but not sure how it would be recieved or how to collect the entry fees |
