The shadow that we are in is apparently just about to get bigger..... however they say that it ain't all about the size of the boat, it's about the motion in the ocean and whether the passengers can get off....

Much bigger infact 8m higher and very modern . All part of the huge ground improvements taking place all funded by our massive gate reciepts and sponsorship fees etc. Looking forward to seeing the plans for the new Kop next that will be underway later this year.
Taller brighter and greatly improved , deluded ? What ground improvements are you undertaking this year ? cleaning the seates that were not used last season ( loads to do !) .

Massive gate receipts for non league which you still are btw. not massive by half decent league clubs numbers but very small which will reduce if and when you get promoted and start to get hammered, the glory hunters will go back to supporting their first loves being premier league clubs on sky.

How’s that Lucas Oil sponsorship deal looking today? Despite backing Donald Trump and the NRA it’s good to see they have a certain level of morality and have disassociated themselves from your scummy football club. |

Yes looks like the club have withdrawn the deal for Lucas Oil to sponsor a stand ( pressure from R & R ?) but there are lots of other much bigger and better companies lined up to replace them. New Kop , new flood lights , new pitch side electronic advertising boards , new ( well from Brighton FC anyway) electronic score board , pitch re layed again to ensure a very flat serface next season the list goes on and on !! what improvements are underway at CFC ?

Well said Ian and what have the goatee boys done well lets see they've increased the cost of season tickets to a grossly overpriced rate just to really help the local community oh and their millionaire owners are going cap in hand for taxpayers money to fund a new stand I know which club I am prouder of |

To bottle something means that at least we nearly got there unlike your situation year on year. Our success will be based on solid foundations to quote our new CEO and it will take time to achieve. There is so much to do as WAFC had just been ticking over for a few years but now has the finance and increased support to get to the EFL hopefully this season. Interesting to read what your new manager just said regarding the pre-season build up . Has he said too much and raising expectations beyond reasonable reality or will he be the one to get you up near promotion this season ? Sounds a load of BS to me from a typical new manager trying to sell season tickets !!
