Chester’s own Pirlo. A true professional. Brilliant Tuesday night and pulled the strings today out of his usual position. Never let’s you down. I tried to get everyone’s spare pots and pans, years ago, donated to smelt into a statue of Hobo-I’m glad it fell on deaf ears. King Kev needs a bust holding this years promotion trophy outside the blues bar. Let’s get smelting.

About five minutes before his PEARLER to put us ahead on Tuesday night I questioned whether he’d last the full 120, having played 90 a few days earlier. Happy to be wrong here, the man is an absolute class act.
I think alot of us are guilty of speaking about Robbo like he’s pushing 40 but he’s only 33 and this group of players are the fittest we’ve had in years, him included.

Really suits him playing at the base of the diamond in midfield. Weeks and Lynch give him options wide, and Dudley is our best back to goal forward.
100th game yesterday for Chester. Nice one Robbo.

Just to pick up on the Dudley comment, he’s always looked a good player whenever he’s had a quality striker who can threaten in behind alongside him. Willoughby offers that and it brings the best out of Dudley.
