Disappointing crowd of just over 4100 yesterday. Third Saturday home game on the bounce before Christmas no doubt played a part. Or the fact that you hadn't won for weeks and there is that realisation among your fanbase that you will be forever Conference. Still you can always talk about attendances and the social club being sold out and winning a bowling ball live on BBC2 Wales ten years ago. |

1864 suite sold out again for tomorrow’s game v Eastleigh. Few spaces left in the Bamford suite though. Massive, simply massive! |

That game was worth 200k for the winner and that's only the 2nd round of the cup! I know that's be mainly helped by being selected for TV but it's a huge opportunity for small Clubs to get decent income.

After the cup exit, it was nice to get back to winning ways with a routine 3-0 win over vanarama north side Boston. They simply couldn’t live with us. If that’s the standard in that division you Jesters may have a chance after all.
Anyway, another 6k in this seasons cup pot and in tomorrow’s draw.

Wow, an extra £6k when if you hadn’t bottled it the other night you might now be a further £200k or so better off with the money from the Leicester game. Notice you only had a crowd of just over 1,000 there on Saturday. |

Other than 3 or 4 teams in the North with owners with cash to burn the money is mainly National upwards. So when you're outclassed by a Village called Boreham Wood with 600 supporters it really takes the piss. Glad Tranmere got promoted last season. |

Graham Barrow named as manager. Challinor rejected as he thought it was a side step more than moving forward and Lawrence couldn't get through from T&D and now a majority of Wrexham fans are pisssed. Odd appointment really. Was Askey not spoken to? this is hardly an appointment for the future, more like a panic quick fix. |

Askey applied for the job when Keates got it two seasons back, even though he touted in the press he was interested, we still didn't want him. |
