With there massive floodlights the light is dreadful Last time I seen such patchy floodlighting was at Woodley Sports just before the floodlight system failed completely. |

It's a forum for Blues and other football chat, that's why. Putting tribalism aside they deserved to win. Mullin is playing at least two, probably three, leagues below his level. Should have had a penalty, too.
God help Sheffield United if they get in the Premier League...abysmal. Just hope they get their act together for the replay and spare us more of the Hollywood bollocks that's been all over the media.

Didn't watch it but I'm relieved they didn't win. I think it's only us and Sheff Utd fans who are though, they seem to be everyone else's darlings.
Not sure it's that amazing that a team playing players League One/Championship wages can give teams at that level a game, myself.

Not having a go like but i was once chastised for moaning about premier league matches being posted on the main forum as they had nothing to do with Chester, I was then told it was Chester and football related ?
So my question now is why has this been moved to the off topic forum when it is football related ? you can't have it both ways or can you when it suits you ?

Wasn't planning to watch it but it was on in a pub where I was having food at the time. What grates on me is constant fawning over Ryan Reynolds - don't get me wrong he seems like a decent enough fella but they've been there a couple of years now and the nation still seem obsessed.....every time there's a throw in the camera pans to Ryan, win a free kick and there's Ryan again. Every time they score you can sense the desperation to check how Ryan celebrates. I suppose the BBC were always going to romanticise it.....once they realised Wrexham pay L1 wages they couldn't do the usual non league milkmen jobbers thing they'd normally peddle on coverage of such games and leaned on a different angle instead. Summed up the BBC coverage when they even interviewed that tit from The Turf on the pitch at half time, what on earth a local pub landlord has to do with a football match on the BBC I don't know.
Their fans are no doubt loving it all, and in some ways I can't blame them, but they can't deny they are now a circus side show of their owners. The football is secondary to the overall narrative of Ryan/Rob. This is why I'm not even that bothered about them any more - don't get me wrong I love to see them lose but I've made my peace with the fact we won't be in the same circles as them going forwards, and the fabric of their club is now very different to what it was.

Wasn't having a go at anyone, was just politely suggesting that this should have been moved to the off topic section(which it since has been) as they have their own dedicated thread so any issues surrounding them should be posted in said thread or in off topic.
