If Barrow tripled Hannah's wars I would hate to know what their captain was earning! I think this one is a slight pipe dream mate but obviously a good player at this level.

I'm not sure whether the Wade Joyce or Jordan Chappel signings would have had you wetting your pants more. Of course the Barrow captain is going to sign for us. Just like Kingsley James is and perhaps Phil Jevons, David Nugent and a few of the other fantasy signings. |

I get that we've had pretty much nothing but disappointment and even stagnation since we reached The National League but as a fan, what is the alternative? I'm no happy clapper but I am realistic about our prospects for the foreseeable future. Like you and most others on here, I'm used to the highs and lows of being a Chester fan. Going to the match is a habit and besides anything else it's time spent with my Dad doing something we both enjoy/endure. As such, I'll be renewing my season ticket at the earliest opportunity as I always do. Putting that money up front is the best way I can help maximise the budget available for next year. I look forward to the new season, even if any hope I can muster is gone by Christmas. |
