Ben is being linked with a move away from Motherwell already. With Rangers, Reading and Cardiff all supposedly making inquires. Could make our ignorance of that loophole even more costly.

Think people need to get over the loophole, we'd have only spunked any money on a couple of players on short term contracts who wouldn't have got a look in anyway. Or done up the Legends Lounge.

Motherwell have said if any of these clubs want Ben they need to cough up half a million even if they go down he wont be going on the cheap

Had no idea he was doing so well. I had it in my head that he'd been a bit dodgy for them.
Think he's wasting his time in Scotland myself, with even Rangers being well off the pace. Reading would be a better move for him.
I must be the only fan who's more annoyed about the loophole itself that us not knowing about it. Irrespective of whose fault it was, for small clubs like us to be robbed of fees for young players on some bulls**t technicality is shocking.

I think the side has shipped loads of goals (did they concede 7 or 8 at home recently?), but he's done OK. As a member of the defender's union I can relate to defending superbly, yet my side shipping bagfuls.... |
