Hi, Has anybody had any luck on getting any response from them or even had any refund for that awful stream last week. I complained straight after the Alfreton game and also mentioned the poor stream at Southport. All I got back was a reply that it would be passed onto the NL. I see that Tuesday game at Rushall is only 1 off 4 games to be streamed by them on the night, not like the last stream which had a full NL/NLN/NLS matches streamed. Wonder if that will make a difference to the quality.

Just had an initial reply saying they've sent my email to the NL. I've streamed every available match so far, but not sure now whether to bother with Tuesday night's. There are only five fixtures anyway Tuesday, two in the NLN, and three in the NLS.

Wonder if that will make a difference to the quality. To be fair there’s only five actual games on Tuesday - two in the North, three in the South and no Premier games. These are rescheduled from previous postponed Saturdays due to FA Cup runs etc. When it’s a full schedule of all three leagues they tend to stream them all.

Same here ........had an automated response that my complaint had been received, and asked if i was sure my internet speed was fast enough, then a further email from a Mr? D.Marshall saying that it had been passed on to the NL and awaiting their response on the 22nd
Nothing since....
I`m of the opinion that this should have been dealt with by now if they any intention of keeping customers for the service, usual bad form by the national league tbh
I will be cancelling my subs tomorrow midday unless i get a mail first thing. Shame really was such a useful tool for us exiles abroad....

The fact the stream went down entirely and was replaced with a completely different match, then later just had the “fixture” screen with the league’s logo on for the rest of the game tells them it’s eff all to do with anyone’s internet speed.
It was piss poor and my only consolation is it cost me about 0.0000007pence on my IPTV. Would have been disgusted to have paid a tenner.

Have heard nothing since automated response to first email. Have sent two further emails but heard nothing. Absolute waste of £9.50 but they have lost further income from future streams from me. Rubbish customer service

I Emailed them again today and got my refund within the hour, indicated to me they we're processing the refunds today. will give them one more chance tonight.

I’m not sure it’s the National Leagues fault. It’s more likely the individual clubs either trying to upload too high a quality or their connection just being crap.
But having said all that, they really shouldn’t be charging for a crap service.

Nothing received by me. Won't be paying them for any games until they refund me for last week.

But having said all that, they really shouldn’t be charging for a crap service. It's the National League's official streaming service. They should at the very least be resolving complaints about it, but really they should be ensuring all clubs have the people and facilities to put on the service. Maybe if they'd thought it through rather than just introducing it because the Hollywood pair down the road told them to.

Think it’s been mentioned on other threads - two issues most likely behind the problems:
1. Facilities/capabilities at individual clubs - the league/streaming platform should’ve upgraded all network infrastructure facilities at all member clubs really before implementing this to go live
2. Number of games being streamed - seems to be working brilliantly tonight as there’s only four games being streamed tonight as opposed to the usual 20/30-odd because tonight isn’t an official scheduled fixture date, it’s just rearranged matches due to FA Cup progress. Less games = less pressure on the streaming network

I don't save my card details in there in case the tinpot lot get hacked, I input them each time, so not sure if that will cause a problem in them refunding me. I've still not had an email saying I will get a refund either, just the original acknowledgement.
