No manager at the moment. I imagine it's likely they'll have a new boss by Saturday and it will be his first game.

So has the restrictions been lifted for this game and will there be beer on sale inside the ground?

So has the restrictions been lifted for this game and will there be beer on sale inside the ground? I asked the question on the SAG page at the start of the week, no response from Jim or anyone else in the know as yet.

My guess is it hasn't been lifted, hence the silence from within. I would have expected a club statement or a reply back if the restrictions had been lifted. I wouldn't expect to have to get the heads up from a volunteer from the club over the phone though I will ask the question tomorrow when I phone up tomorrow for my ticket for Saturday.

I think there would have been some sort of announcement had an agreement been reached. So I would say no news is no news.

Ring the club? 01244 371376 Got more chance of getting an answer on here than phoning the club.

I hope we don't become victims of "New Manager Syndrome"

Looks like some of the restrictions have been lifted, as more rows in the Gary Talbot Stand are now available for Saturday’s game. The Harry Mac appears as green on the map, so obviously more tickets are available there too.

If you read their forum, Darlo had a lot of the ball, but couldn't hit a barn door with a banjo. We need to be more clinical than we have been.

If you read their forum, Darlo had a lot of the ball, but couldn't hit a barn door with a banjo. We need to be more clinical than we have been. Very true. I was watching the Scunny game, but kept switching over to see what Banbury were like. Everytime I flicked over it was Darlo on the attack. I had to check Darlo’s line up to check they hadn’t signed Kevin Rapley, they were that poor. That said, Banbury will give us a game on Saturday - but an early goal for them will mean they will efficiently park the proverbial bus. If we can get an early one, would think anyone attending will see a goal fest.
