According to The Times, The Premier League and its clubs are considering 7.45pm kick offs on Saturdays and late morning Sunday kicks offs to appeal to the Asian Market when the next TV deal comes along.
Footy should always be 3pm on a Saturday for me - and if it did happen it would smack of selling-out at the detriment of fans. However, wearing my Chester hat on, it could see more people through our turnstiles.

They have a mid day kick off in La Liga, just as the Sun is getting to its hottest, and why To appeal to the Asian market.

However, one of the big local sides is always playing or there is enough interest to keep floating fans sat in front of Soccer Saturday. It's noticable that whenever there are no Premier League fixtures we get an extra couple of hundred on the gate for weekend games.
