not disimiler to the england set up, on paper look like a decent squad with great individual players, get them together with a buffoon in charge and we saw the results 3 weeks ago, lets hope mcarthy proves me wrong and he can motivate the squad we have so far to provide an enjoyable season , rather than the dross we had to suffer last 5 months,
