In clearing our house ready for moving I have a number of press cuttings mostly from the Chester Observer and a small number of programmes from that era as well. I have kept the photo of the Famous Five but all of the other cuttings need to go. Rather than bin them I wondered if there was anyone who would like them or know of someone who would. I will be resonsible for getting them to Chester. Thnaks,

There is not a lot they can do with them I don't think? Maybe sell them, but be maybe suited to someone with a scanner and some time on their hands who could digitise them and ask people to add their memories to the comments? I've got a family members 1974-75 scrapbook that I would love to digitise but just don't have the time. I'd also love to see the Onion Bag digitised for posterity, but that is maybe a bit niche/non-PC for todays audience.

I regularly read the old chronicle and observer sports pages and match reports on find my past, on subscription. Oddly we were often pretty shit but had a lot more moaning fans.
